The role is still very hands on and I also manage the day to day relationships with senior level hiring managers that have active searches in progress whilst managing candidate relationships from initiation of search through initial Day 1 onboarding. In addition to the day job, I am involved in many projects for process improvement initiatives which is a huge passion of mine. If I see a process that can be improved, I will question it, raise it and see if I can influence change. Some of the projects involved- Workday Recruiting Optimisation Global Project Lead - focused on optimizing Workday through automation - Technology Process Strategy Project Member - Auto progression of candidates using TA\'s technology suite - Onboarding and pre-onboarding project Project Member - reviewing current process and implementing process improvements
