I have dedicated my career to building a better working environment within laboratory systems in relationship to facility settings as a whole. I strive to obtain the cohesiveness necessary for top notch patient care and provider use in this ever-changing world of medicine. I am passionate about my work and self driven to the end.I frequently have served as Subject Matter Expert, Team Lead and have proven project management skills. I have successfully guided my clients through triumphant implementations and optimizations. I have 33+ years of healthcare experience, working with LIS Systems, including MEDITECH LAB, BBK, PTH but not limited to these modules. I have a solid foundation built in system implementation and conversion projects. Various projects include Meditech CMS 5.6+ standardization and implementation, Meditech 6.0 implementation with inclusions of 3rd party vendor translations and systems, Medical Readiness and Meaningful Use assessments with system design, process changes through to build. I am versed in Team Lead and Management of project duties from conception to optimization. With my primary system focus as a Sr LIS Analyst, Project Team Lead, SME and Implementation Specialist for MEDITECH systems, I also have experience in various systems such as Seimens, Sunquest, Allscripts, to name a few. As well, I have interface and implementation knowledge and experience with third party reference lab systems such as Quest and LabCorp. Overall, my drive and focus coupled with my experience has taken many clients from start to a successful finish in many Lab Information Systems environments.I do look forward to servicing many more clients with passion and dedication. Making the medical world a better place to work is my mission.
