I’m a Talent Acquisition Advisor with a broad and dynamic remit, supporting recruitment across our world-renowned distilleries — The Macallan, The Glenrothes, and Highland Park — as well as our Glasgow headquarters, covering functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technology. My role goes beyond hiring, I also lead our employer branding efforts, managing the company’s social media presence to showcase our culture, people, and opportunities.I’m passionate about creating a positive candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines, particularly through early careers initiatives. I oversee our apprenticeship and internship programmes, helping to shape the next generation of talent. Additionally, I lead our global induction process, working closely with colleagues across our international sites to ensure a consistent and engaging induction experience across all regions.
