I have over 20 years experience designing and delivering large scale transformation projects across the UK public sector to drive and embed change.My current focus is leading large scale, technology enabled transformational programmes which help public sector clients transform their operating models. I also have extensive experience of leading complex procurements and commercial transactions across the commercial lifecycle. This includes providing advice in the pre-procurement phase around market engagement, commercial and procurement strategy development through to the design and execution of procurements to challenging timetables. I also have extensive experience of negotiating an array of commercial arrangements (e.g. outsourcing contracts through to joint ventures).
