Human geographer curious about systems and complexity at the nexus of humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding efforts that put people at the center of positive social change. In 25 years of global experience, I have had the pleasure to direct technical departments, spearhead action research and policy advocacy, lead evaluations and learning processes, facilitate strategic planning from the community-level to organizational change initiatives, and collaborate with colleagues and partners as they drive urgent, thoughtful, creative development efforts in every global region. To all my work, I bring a passion for and background in gender and environmental equity.
