ABOUT RUTH RACHEL PRZYBOJEWSKI

RuthRachel most recently served as a Gas Operations Supervisor in Field Metering Services at Northeast shop. During her time in FMS, RuthRachel implemented technology solutions to increase efficiency and reduce labor costs. In addition, she was responsible for driving production to ensure compliance needs were met. RuthRachel also serves as a Culture Champion for the Actions Speak Louder: Accountability initiative. In addition, RuthRachel spent time in Pipeline Safety and ensured pipeline compliance needs were met through analysis, documentation, and process improvements. She redeveloped the Emergency Response Training and conducted Root Cause Analysis. RuthRachel joined Dominion Energy in 2016 as a Staffing Specialist. Her contributions included the launch of the Union Internship Program and extensive recruiting of highly qualified candidates for entry-level positions. She also led an Action Learning Project team, tasked with researching advancements in automated meter reading technology. Her career prior to Dominion Energy consisted of a supervisory position at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections where she implemented a new employee training program, established reporting metrics and improved retention rates for poll workers. RuthRachel holds an MBA from John Carroll University. She earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism & Promotional Communication from Cleveland State University. RuthRachel is involved in the community and serves on the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Leadership Council. She is also a member of the Westside Catholic Center’s Associate Board. She was also recently appointed to the Hunger Network’s Young Professional Advisory Board. RuthRachel was a member of The Cleveland Leadership Center: Bridge Builders Class of 2019, was awarded Dominion Energy’s Volunteer of the Year in the Education category for 2019 and was named 20••••18 Junior Achievement’s Young Professional Member of the Year. In her free time, RuthRachel enjoys traveling, performing in ballet productions, watching Cleveland sports and spending time with her family.
