From antiquity to the present day, the Fitzwilliam houses a world-renowned collection of over half a million beautiful works of art, masterpiece paintings and historical artefacts.As Head of Human Resources I lead the HR team, drive people management strategies, and champion an open, embracing culture of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. I strive to identify and deliver on the matters that ultimately enable the talented staff at the Fitz to be their best at work.
