ABOUT RUTH OTIM
As an MSc International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies student at the LSE, I look forward to developing the knowledge I gained during my BA (Hons) in Politics at King’s College London. My academic interests in the African Political economy has led me to gain hands-on research experience in state-building, conflict resolution, and peacebuilding in Africa. Alongside my role as a programme assistant at the social enterprise We Speak, I also engage with student journalism. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise to contribute to impactful change in the humanitarian sector.
