Public and private sector experience in IT programme, project & product delivery. Worked in various sectors: an IT services provider, a web and digital agency, local government (housing, social care, health, and education) and most recently with Govtech and Edtech companies. Able to quickly get to grips with a new remit and to lead people and organisations through change. Experienced lead on transformation/modernisation/efficiency projects. Has delivered various technology change projects including API development, data matching solutions, customer service dashboards, encrypted email, electronic records management and workflow, and migration from legacy applications to web enabled services/systems. Project managed Waterfall and Agile delivery. Has led wide range of IT teams including PMO, project managers, system administrators, software developers, business analysts, network/desktop technicians, helpdesk, and IT security staff. Experienced in managing organisational change and business change. Confident in budget and staff management at a senior level. Skilled in developing partnerships across agencies to deliver strategic priorities. Experienced in procurement (both as customer and supplier); OJEU, using frameworks, and collaborative procurement with multiple organisations, supplier and contract management.
