ABOUT RUTH MCGOWAN
I am currently Head of Programmes and Delivery with Cambridge Biomedical Campus Ltd. I am working on key strategic priorities for the Campus, which include considering different options (incl. business models) for an incubator facility and developing future plans for logistics either on or off-site. With over five years of experience in the health sector, I previously worked as Deputy Director of Transformation Delivery at NHS North Central London ICS. In that role, I led a team of project managers and analysts to deliver strategic and operational transformation projects across the five boroughs of North Central London, with a focus on improving quality, efficiency, and patient outcomes. Formerly, I have worked internationally in both economic and management consulting. I bring strong communication and people skills, with an agility to work within and across sectors, to deliver complex programmes.
