Duties include:• Developing and delivering external engagement plans to support activity around heat networks regulation• Building networks of internal and external stakeholders to support the development of regulation, including building and maintaining stakeholder maps• Developing insights planning to maximise usefulness of meetings with external stakeholders for the broader heat networks team• Provide guidance to policy and other colleagues on engagement strategies, including coordination of key external meetings• Producing communications materials for internal and external audiences to maximise the visibility of the heat networks team
