Maintains complete knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the revenue cycle billing process Establishes, maintains, and monitors policies and procedures for each internal RCM department to ensure objectives are met Collaborate with other departments to assess issues that directly impact the billing team. Manages the configurations and set up for the billing system Oversee all third-party billing company relationships Model the Core Values of the company
