I’m a transformational healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic growth, payer innovation, and operational excellence across multi-billion-dollar health systems. From building Ayin Health Solutions from the ground up to securing over $2B in provider-sponsored health plan contracts and improving outcomes for millions, I’ve consistently delivered measurable impact through scalable solutions, high-performing teams, and visionary leadership. My expertise spans value-based care, population health, health plan operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical integration. I thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution all while driving enterprise-wide transformation, expanding market reach, and elevating patient experience. Whether leading system-wide initiatives or forging public-private partnerships, I bring a relentless focus on equity, innovation, and sustainable growth. I most recently served as President of Ayin Health Solutions at Providence Health Systems. In the role as President, I led the development of population health capabilities across Providence’s ministries and extended them externally to reach additional communities. I am passionate about bringing forward healthcare capabilities that allow people to access quality care at the right place, right time, and with equitable outcomes. I joined Ayin in November 2021 after serving as the Senior Vice President of Population Health at Atrium Health. At Atrium, I was responsible for the development and implementation of value-based care models across the organization. I also led the system level Care Management, Employer Solutions and other Value-Based Programs and provided oversight of the Poison Control Center in Charlotte, NC. Before my tenure at Atrium, I served as SVP for Population Health at CHRISTUS Health, EVP of Care Innovation for Sanford Health, and President of Sanford Health in Sioux Falls, SD. I earned an undergraduate degree in Health Policy and Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
