My whole life, I have had the urge to help others. My career in HR is a reflection of that as I work tirelessly to provide the type of support that yields long-term, positive results. I’m the type to address issues and opportunities head-on. I have a track record of initiating proactive changes to support business lines and am eager to identify the root cause of issues so that they can be avoided in the future. The key elements of my success surround my drive to build an environment that is fair and equitable, that thrives on respect and clear, common goals.
