Develops, implements, and maintains programs, processes, and methods to ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory standards, regulatory agencies, and customer requirements. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Compliance and Quality Assurance Programs. Conduct annual risk assessments with functional teams to assess system risks and develop annual work plans in collaboration with Compliance Officer. Defines annual audit schedules and conducts audits as planned/indicated; Manages and maintains the status of all audit findings and ensures prompt response & resolution. Provides management summary reports of Compliance and Quality Assurance activities to leadership and the Board. Collaborates with Human Resources to develop and implement employee training programs and related documentation.
