My practice focuses on all aspects of finance. I represent domestic and foreign banks, nonbank private credit providers, as well as company borrowers and sponsors in structuring, negotiating and executing complex financing matters. My experience includes senior and subordinated debt transactions, cash flow and asset-backed financings, subscription credit facilities, NAV loans, secured and unsecured lending, intercreditor arrangements, leveraged finance and project finance. In addition, I have extensive experience in structured finance including warehouse facilities, securitization (both public offerings and private placements) and repurchase arrangements with a broad range of underlying assets, such as residential mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, auto loans, servicing rights, credit card receivables, equipment and trade receivables.
