Delivering high value, complex IT & Civil infrastructure programmes in line with MSP methodology. Resourcing programmes, defining Target Operating Models and programme deliverables, preparing business cases, budgeting, attending various Boards, resolving issues etc. Collaboration with key partners and suppliers: Local Authorities, GMCA, VMB, JAQULeadership: developing Programme Managers and wider PM teams as well as enrichment of personal leadership skillset.Programmes: • Local Full Fibre Networks Programme: improving connectivity across Greater Manchester. • Environmental sustainability programme: reducing air pollution across Greater Manchester. Included finalisation of competitive dialogue procurement process, launch of a new customer facing service desk, setting up complex and large scale IT infrastructure, ANPR camera set up & integrations, installations of new road signs across Greater Manchester, Transport related compliance policies and processes etc. • Bee Network: one stop shop for integrated ticketing across Greater Manchester
