About Rusty Stahl
I advocate for investment in America’s nonprofit workforce — the 12.5M people whose do essential service for our democracy, economy, and communities. In my career, I\'ve been an idea-generator and a social entrepreneur. I’ve been a network-weaver, leadership-developer, grantmaker, and student of the sector. I’m proud to have been part of the founding leadership team of two highly-successful and unique national nonprofits: Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP) and Fund the People. I love all the EPIPers and Fund the Peeps out there!Throughout all this work, I have been and remain firmly committed to advancing dignity, respect, decent pay and benefits, well-being, and sustainability for civil society workers. And that applies across all ages, stages, levels of power, roles, backgrounds and identities, whether in nonprofits, foundations, social movements, or elsewhere.
