I lead organizations to success - from start-ups to a Fortune 100 consumer products company (Nestle) – with an entrepreneurial approach, professionalism and integrity. I possess a unique balance of experience in sales, business development, sales management, sales training, project management, general management, retail, marketing and advertising. I’m an accomplished recruiter, coach, trainer and mentor of sales organizations on national, regional and local levels. For example, while leading a national team of 35 Sales Representatives in the sporting goods industry, as VP of Sales & Marketing I guided Cobblestones (now GameGear) to an average annual growth rate of 21.5%. Within five years, as a direct result of my sales management and marketing leadership I helped increase the brand\'s annual unit sales from to over 1.2 million units and increased pre-book orders by over As a marketing professional, I helped to establish Bullfrog Spas as a premium brand nationally and positioned it as the #1-selling brand in the Utah market. In my role of VP Marketing for Bullfrog Spas, I developed a very successful \"Ad Coaching\" training program that provided retailers with a system to more effectively advertise and aggressively compete in their markets. Retailers participating in my program experienced increases of over 200% per event.
