As Design & Strategy Director at argodesign, I lead early-stage innovation engagements: the messy, high-stakes moments when a company knows it needs to change but isn\'t sure how. I specialize in stakeholder alignment, strategic framing, and vision-setting for digital products, platforms, and services — and I\'ve done it across media, enterprise software, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and more.What I actually do:→ Frame complex problems so organizations can act on them→ Build alignment across leadership, design, and product teams→ Translate business ambiguity into design strategy and product direction→ Lead teams through the full arc from discovery to execution→ Speak and write on design, innovation, and AI\'s role in reshaping creative workI\'m also a working creator and AI early adopter. I\'m the executive producer and showrunner of Boundless, a fully AI-produced serial audiodrama built on a synthetic creative stack — an experiment in what individual creators can build when the tools catch up to the imagination. I co-founded Badass Backpacks, a wearable art brand collaborating with fine artists. I write on the creator economy, AI, and the future of design.I believe AI is the most significant democratizing force for individual creators and entrepreneurs in a generation — and I try to stay on the practical, building edge of that shift, not just the speculative one.Based in Austin.
