About Rusty Wright
Currently, I am the manager of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. I oversee the day to day operations along with managing the strategic planning for our enterprise platform. I oversee all many disciplines (Asset Management, CMDB, Incident / Problem/ Change Management, Integrations, and more). It’s a very challenging role as I have to ensure I look out for our Corporate interests but also the interests of our 86 facilities. Each day offers a unique learning experience. I look forward to continuing to grow with my team, my business partners, and with ServiceNow. My prior experience as a Test Manager for a Fortune 500 company with experience in Project Management, Business to Business sales and account management. I have directed mutliple projects with numerous resources. I have experience creating project plans, scheduling and managing resources, and overseeing testing and defect resolution. I have customer relation experience and organize and direct client-facing meetings. With my professional sales background I have orchestrated multi-location and large scale sales agreements. I have experience with high level negotiations with Fortune 500 companies.
