I have developed an extensive Health, Safety and Environmental career through education, experience and hard work. My managerial background along with the Occupational Health and Safety experience has allowed me to progress smoothly across different industries. Being detailed oriented and persistent has develop my skills through all aspects of the Safety Industry (OSHA, EPA, DOT, FERC, FMCSA, TCEQ and NEBOSH). While working with Operations Management Teams, I have established efficient and effective work ethics to ensure reduction in operational costs, injury/illness, automotive incidents and environmental issues. I believe management, supervisors and employees need a good understanding of Event Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and proper Remedial Work Plans as well as company HSE goals and objectives. I understand the importance of empowering the workforce to take control and buy in to the safety culture of the organization.
