About Rusty Infinger
From my roles in operations and business management, to working in private practice as a lawyer, along with community volunteering, being present and encouraging the success of my team is my top priority. My ultimate goal is requiring the very best of myself in every aspect of what I do. Whether that is creating and implementing a business strategy; preparing for and conducting a court case; or running in a half marathon race, I am committed to giving it my all.I grew up in the small South Carolina Lowcountry town of St. George. We were a close-knit community who cared about each other. That background of knowing all of your neighbors gave me an appreciation of the value of the human component of work. It is not about where you work, it is about who you work with. In my career, I have used this background as the cornerstone of who I am and how I engage with the people I work beside. Industrious and organized motivator of people creating work environments that retain and engage employees by humanizing operations and legal components in the workplace. I am client focused but also employee driven working toward facilitating the establishment of real interactions with people that that result in productivity and job satisfaction.
