   Provide health and safety leadership, governance, and compliance oversight across LNG terminal, marine, and pipeline operations. Partner with Operations, Engineering, and HSSE leadership to align field safety execution with corporate standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.• Designed and implemented a corporate HSSE governance framework managing the lifecycle of standards, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational alignment across LNG, marine, and pipeline assets.• Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to redesign the company’s training program, to align with competency and role requirements, and establishing a formal program review and continuous improvement process to ensure regulatory compliance and sustained workforce development.• Partnered with terminal, marine, and pipeline HSSE leadership and engineering teams to align field safety execution with corporate strategy and compliance objectives.• Co-led the digital transformation of the Permit-to-Work system (Enablon), integrating risk controls, approvals, and visibility across simultaneous operations.• Developed and deployed enterprise onboarding programs and competency programs incorporating Life-Saving Rules, Contractor Orientations, and Site Safety Inductions to enhance readiness and cultural alignment.• Advanced continuous improvement and risk communication initiatives, applying analytical and human performance principles to reduce incidents and improve decision making.
