I am a Senior Associate on the Sports Law team at Mills & Reeve, recognised by the Legal500 as a ‘Rising Star’ in Sports Law and described as “a top quality sports law specialist” and “extremely hard working” with “stand out […] expertise in cross-border sports litigation in areas ranging from football to sailing”. I specialise in sports disputes and regulation, with a focus on football, but have acted across a range of sports: tennis, athletics, boxing, sailing, canoeing, motorsport and golf, to name a few. I have experience representing athletes, clubs, governing bodies, player associations, agents and administrators in contractual, employment, disciplinary, ethics, anti-doping and selection disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and various international and national governing body tribunals. I also advise on football transfers and a range of regulatory issues across sports.I have also supported panels and sole arbitrators as an ad hoc clerk at CAS.
