Senior Project Manager and designer, currently managing global luxury retail fitouts and ESG projects for Value Retail and the Bicester Collection. Working with major brands, creating flagship stores in luxury retail destinations across Europe. Working on multiple projects, for both landlord and tenant, covering retail, F&B and workspace. Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, coordinating programmes and budgets to deliver on time. Initiating and collaborating on ESG projects - Energy saving, Energy monitoring, CRREM Pathway goals & assessments, BREEAM In Use, Energy Performance Certification & emissions reductions. Enhancing existing and new buildings to meet & exceed statutory & business ESG requirements. • Recent projects include a £2.4m restaurant fitout; £3m energy monitoring project for multiple sites • Extensive experience across Luxury Retail, Real Estate, Retail property, Retail interior design and furniture industries throughout EMEA. • Designed new concept beauty projects for the John Lewis Partnership for luxury and mainstream brands • Projects have included creating Fabulously British retail destinations for Jack Wills, converting new and old properties. • Great at building relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and manufacturers. • Comprehensive understanding of construction methods and how to improve existing building stock to current standards. • Extensive experience working with external consultants and contractors • Good knowledge of CDM, the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations • Designed and built my own net zero eco house, incorporating modern methods of construction and sustainable technology such as ASHP, MVHR and solar PV. • Experienced in all parts of the design process from concept design, schematic design, design development, site management and handover. • Good strategic thinking skills and decision-making abilities. • Excellent technical and detailing skills. • Experienced in Producing finished plans, detail drawings and lighting schemes including the design of fixtures and FF & E specification. • Technically proficient in AutoCAD.
