As a founder of the South Side Healthy Community Organization, Advocate Health is taking a leading roll in developing a connected care IT infrastructure to transform health care delivery on Chicago\'s south side. Russ is leading that effort in partnership with University of Chicago, critical access hospitals and FQHC\'s.
