Design, build and host a new software based (SaaS) project management workflow system and associated toolkit.2. Replace the unsupported Microsoft Silverlight components of a software based project management system without the requirement to re-develop the core system user interface software.3. Develop and implement a new corporate website.4. Implement a new customer relationship management system. Design and implement key marketing and sales strategies.6. Provision of Project Management training for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs)Significant Client Based Assignments:1. Corteva (Agriscience)- Project to upgrade in excess of PC’s from windows 7 to Windows 10 across multiple international locations. Healthcare at Home (Healthcare)- Project to implement a business continuity solution across three UK sites with a major focus on cyber security.3. EON Retail Solutions (Utilities)- Projects to implement an Oracle based customer billing software solution and implement a series of performance-based Oracle enhancements to a Customer Tracking / Task Allocation tool.4. RR Donnelly / Barclays (Financial Services)- Programme to migrate all incoming mail processing functions from the UK to Mumbai.5. AstraZeneca Plc.(R&D Pharmaceuticals)- Projects to implement new FDA regulated biology document management and scientific data analysis tools across China, India and the UK.
