Dr. Russ Gazda is an instructor, instructional designer, and technologist with over twenty years of demonstrated success and experience in the design, development, and implementation of effective instructional programs and materials in academic, retail, and corporate settings. He is conversant with all aspects of the ADDIE model and its application to ID problems. He understands adult learning principles and how to apply them to self-paced, instructor-led, and online curricula. As a confident self-starter, Russ has developed job-specific skills training curricula by partnering with subject matter experts and is experienced with learning needs analysis in a variety of settings to achieve solutions in alignment with corporate and organizational goals.
