Russell brings to the project team over 30 years of experience in project development and management. He is currently the President/CEO of R.W. Engineering & Surveying. He is responsible for strategic planning, project planning, scheduling, research and development, budgeting, and the operation and management of the firm’s goals and activities. In addition, he is responsible for the project management of all civil engineering projects.As project manager, he managed and coordinated civil engineering design projects, including site design, recreational trail design, streetscape improvements, roadway design, parking lot design, culvert design, storm and sanitary sewer design, and structural design. His responsibilities included overseeing complete plan preparation, production of contract documents and specifications, preparing cost estimates, running drainage analysis, earthwork computations, and quality assurance / quality control (QA/QC) reviews of engineering projects. Falconer is very proficient in the utilization of civil engineering software packages including AutoCAD Civil 3D 2023.
