In this role, I serve as the senior technologist for MarketStar, leading our IT, development, analytics, and sales enablement technology teams. I am responsible for managing an overall budget of several million dollars and have a team of about 50 technology and analytics professionals. Post Divestiture – these are the highlights of my teams’ activities after our divestiture from Omnicom in March 2019: • Led migration of private data center to Azure in three months, saving ~$1M • Optimized Azure spend the following year, saving an additional $200k • Co-led successful effort of SOC2 certification, completing gap fixes and implementation in ~7 weeks • Oversaw migration away from Omnicom payroll and HR systems to ADP in 8 weeks • Oversaw migration away from ADP to Workday HCM in 3 months • Integration/consolidation of sister company IT staff back into MarketStar team • Optimization of Microsoft licensing, saving ~$150k annually • Deployment of Microsoft Intune to manage work-from-home staff • Deployment of new VoIP phone system (Dialpad), replacing legacy Cisco switch • Successfully shifted employees to a work from home environment • Started new data team to build and deploy AI and ML solutions for the business
