Due to our continued growth within the mass communication sector, in June 2016 Safeguard IT Limited underwent a company restructure and formed a separate business entity dedicated to developing, maintaining and improving our own range of mass notification software. Alert Cascade Limited now focuses on the provision of mass communication solutions, whilst Safeguard IT Limited continues to concentrate on IT and telecoms services.Working with a highly experienced team of solution specialists at Alert Cascade Limited, I am responsible for providing a comprehensive suite of resilient, high availability communication and collaboration solutions to customers throughout EMEA. Since 2008, myself and my team here and at our sister company, have used our in depth knowledge of emergency and mass notification to help customers across the globe identify their automated communication needs and implement an appropriate solution and strategy. Our structured approach to business continuity and crisis communications gives customers across all sectors the ability to:• Reach people faster with the right information• Reduce miscommunications• Free up staff to handle important tasks• Lower their total cost of communications• Ensure effectiveness and accountabilityDuring my time working in this sector I have worked with customers from a wide range of public and private sectors, and have always been proud of the feedback that I\'ve received.\"In Emergency Planning it is vital to have a fast response as we never know what we are required to respond to. Our call-out system must be fast, flexible and above all reliable.
