   I started this company to help Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Condo communities operate more effectively by handling the day-to-day accounting, modernizing their processes with easy-to-use systems, and providing industry leading service.My team works with community associations nationwide, whether they are self-managed, use an onsite manager or work with a manager who doesn’t provide accounting service.I help communities:Remove the burden of the day-to-day accounting that no one wants to do. We do this by collecting dues, paying bills and preparing monthly financial reports. Gain time they can use on higher value community business or spend it with loved ones. My team does the work for customers and provides expert service so they can spend time elsewhere.Improve decision making with timely and accurate financial information. We review financial reports before they go out for quality control, provide reports monthly, and show actual expenses versus budget so they can stay on budget.Safeguard their money with better internal controls and systems. We do this by providing online visibility to all transactions, have two board members approve bills before paying, and reconcile the reports monthly.Recruit volunteers to join the board since we make it easier. By removing the burden of the accounting work from the board and providing easy to use systems we save board members time. Customers can find new volunteers willing to help with our proven systems and support.Reduce frustration with responsive service. We put an end to waiting and chasing down information through online access to information and being organized the right way to handle doing the work as well as providing responsive communication.
