Manage Info Technology construction project components in Chicago IL (Active), Cincinnati OH (Complete), Columbus OH (Complete), Dayton OH, Minneapolis MN (Active), Washington DC (Complete), and St. Paul, MN (Active). •Scope IT requirements in coordination with the firm’s Director of Facilities, Director of the PMO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, and IT Department. •Lead teams to acquire quotes from vendors beginning with design phase through contract agreement. •Coordinate with General Contractor, internal, management, internal team, and vendors to see that work is done, tested, and ready for established go live activities. Construction Finance (Comprehensive). Managing Financial Group for all aspects of the firm’s construction activities. •Financial Analyst and Director of Facilities coordination of manage construction financing. •Reporting to Chief Operating Officer status of Quotes, Budgeting, Purchases, Leasing, Tenant Improvement Funds and related approvals. Platform Integration (Complete). Collaborative scoping, internal teams and vendor management of three projects affecting time system, conflicts system, as well as electronic and physical document management systems.
