About Russell Anderson

I\'m an experienced fullstack developer and people leader.Recently, I\'ve contracted with Therify to build a stable and scalable Next.js application. It\'s been a great opportunity for me to hone my fullstack skills with Typescript and React after a few years managing. But I\'ve also brought in my experience with continuous delivery pipelines as well. With the e2e tests I\'ve introduced the team can deliver features quickly and confidently.My contributions haven\'t stopped at code, though. As a former people leader, I also helped shape how the work gets done. I\'ve influenced scrum ceremonies, user story creation and slicing, and the definition of done for engineering. These are skills I learned as an Engineering Manager at D2iQ and Lonely Planet, among others.Ultimately, I love building great software, whether as a developer or leader of developers. It\'s even more rewarding when I can flex all the various muscles I\'ve grown over the years while doing so.
