A Business Analyst previously with Axos Fiduciary Services (formerly Epiq). I supported business critical applications for the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy software development team. Formerly a Business Analyst/Consultant with the CSC Financial Services Group, I was a member of the banking vertical involved in application enhancement. I had been a member of both an application development team and several project teams at major insurance companies implementing the Business Accelerator application and work management. These projects included business process redesign and image processing. My job responsibilities have included project management, custom report design and development, requirements gathering and the detailed design of customization needed for life insurance processing. I have been a major contributor in the successful implementation of system enhancements and modifications. My work experience with CSC included defect management and reporting at both the project and program levels. As a member of the Business Accelerator application development team I provided workflow expertise and the design and creation of custom reports. As a member of the EarlyResolution services team I authored business specifications documents detailing business requirements and proposed solutions. I have served as a Project Manager providing consulting services with an emphasis on business process redesign and work management. All three (3) roles have required business and system analysis, solution development, design and documentation contributing to many successful implementations. My background includes over 20 years experience in business process redesign and work management, fourteen (15) years of which has been in the insurance industry and five (5) in banking (Default Mortgaging). I interface and communicate effectively with clients at all levels to resolve issues for a positive, mutual outcome.
