ABOUT RUSSELL CHURCHER

I have led the growth of major operations in production and aftersales such as Cazoo, Imperial Cars and Sealine international over multiple sites also assisting in the European markets. I am currently Operations Director at Carsa a start-up used car retailer.I have delivered strategies and grown new and existing teams to achieve game- changing results. In my previous role as Operations Director at Cazoo I contributed to record breaking growth year-on-year. During my 7 years tenure with Imperial Cars I developing the aftersales and preparation operations achieving huge growth from £88 million turnover in 2016 to £274 million in 2020. Developing it from 3 sites to the 3rd largest independent used car retailer. Prior to these roles I worked at Sealine international at dealership level and at the factory working with the European and UK dealer network.I use my vision, drive, and focus to grow production and develop infer structure to achieve business goals. I have consistently delivered targets and improved processes. Results include the opening of 17 retail service centres and a new 10-acre preparation site, delivering savings against budgets and moving/opening large scale operations. My experience is in several areas production, operations, service centres and customer service.I have built local and national operation teams, customer service and preparation centres, resulting in supporting large company growth goals.
