I represent one of the country\'s largest developers and home builders on its litigation throughout Middle Tennessee. I represent automotive manufacturers and suppliers in a variety of matters, including product recall counsel and commercial disputes. I represent healthcare providers on a variety of matters, including technology and real estate disputes. I represent a nationwide wireless carrier on dealer disputes. My practice includes product liability defense, intellectual property litigation, franchise and dealer litigation, extensive non-compete litigation and a variety of other commercial matters, I am active in the Defense Research Institute and am a member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel.
