About Russell Autry
I have over 20 years of experience focused on healthcare strategy, operations, finance, and business development. Across my career, I\'ve been fortunate to work with organizational C-Suite leaders for several large healthcare systems and large healthcare provider groups in a host of areas including strategies to lower total cost of care, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvements. I have a proven record of leading mid-sized teams to deliver successful outcomes in these areas. I have a foundation in corporate strategy, project management, financial planning (budgeting, reporting, forecasting, capital planning), operations/process improvement, healthcare policy, and business development. My passion lies in how to improve people\'s lives through better health outcomes. This includes both enhancing the quality of care received and the access to needed care. There is so much promise with new technologies, payment models, and data sources to accomplish this.I have an MBA with honors with a Concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
