I love bringing people together to solve big challenges. As Director of Strategic Initiatives at Fraunhofer USA, I get to do just that every day.My journey started with a physics degree and a passion for understanding how things work. Outside the classroom I\'ve always had a knack for connecting with people. Now, I\'m lucky enough to lead our organization\'s growth strategy and build partnerships that turn cutting-edge research into real-world solutions. It\'s the best of both worlds for me. Over the past decade, I\'ve learned a few things-The best ideas come from unexpected connections. I\'ve seen multi-million dollar projects spark from a casual conversation between a researcher and an industry expert-Innovation thrives when diverse minds collaborate. I\'ve built bridges between academia, industry, and government, creating ecosystems where groundbreaking ideas can flourish-Technology has the power to change lives.
