ABOUT RUSSELL WHITE

I have been with BMS Performance for 24 years this November and for the past twelve years I have specialised in recruiting for medical and scientific sales, sales management and clinical / technical support roles (including aesthetics, veterinary, dentistry, labs etc). For my first few years at BMS I specialised in technical, construction and engineering sales roles.The main focus of my current role is to use my background, market knowledge, experience and contacts to attract top quality candidates and I am fortunate to be working closely together with an industry-leading, driven team of BDMs. KAMs and NAMs and we work together with the end result of filling vacancies in a timely manner, maintaining healthy relationships with our client base and helping the candidates I work with progress their chosen careers.My role is extremely varied, including listening to client company requirements, advertising, proactively searching, interviewing every candidate who I think I can help, listening to their experience and requirements, shortlisting, sending candidates to clients. arranging interviews and second interviews, briefing and preparing candidates for interviews, taking feedback and HOPEFULLY delivering job offers!I am a trusted advisor to candidates at all levels of their career, whether you are a nurse, lab technician or graduate who is seeking their first commercial role, a sales professional looking for that next move or someone managing a team. It\'s so nice to see people I have met those at entry-level who progress into more senior roles and I have placed countless people who have progressed into first / second line management or even more senior.
