Additional management team responsibilities: IT and operational incident management; supplier service reviews and contract maintenance; RecruitmentRemediation Resource Planning Lead - Built and ran a resource planning function for a 1800+ dual site unit. Team responsibilities: creation and monitoring of Intra-day and medium range forecasts; long range operational Capacity plans; operational change benefits case management; monitoring of performance against lean targets. Individual responsibilities: line and workload management; senior stakeholders management. Business MI Consultant - Project was for the Wealth arm of a Large UK bank to define customer segmentation reporting. Responsibility for management of the overall project and liaising with senior stakeholders to gather business requirements.Financial modelling and Data Analyst – Range of modelling and data analysis projects
