About Russell Layton
I enjoy leading our team here at Peak Land Services to new projects and opportunities. Our staff assists energy and utility companies small and large to complete their projects on-time and within budget. I take pride in representing my clients with integrity, respect, and focus to meet their goals. My experience includes utility consulting for right-of-way (ROW) and energy projects, oil and gas leasing and acquisition, and real estate transfers including traditional residential transactions to complex option-to-lease agreements for renewable energy projects. I enjoy constantly challenging myself to reach new goals in education and experience. Since graduating college, I have taken multiple professional education courses each year, obtaining a real estate broker\'s license, FAA part 107 license, and certificate from the International Right of Way Association. I am currently working towards completing the required education and experience to obtain my SR/WA from the International Right of Way Association and reading 2 books per month in my free time. I believe the brain is a sponge that can always grow when fed the right ingredients.
