The Branch Operations Manager is accountable for driving performance to meet or exceed annual operational efficiency goals, analyzing key metrics, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with other departments to align branch objectives with broader organizational strategies.PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: • Builds and leads a high-performing branch team by effectively hiring, training, and developing employees; delegating tasks; conducting performance evaluations; providing coaching and feedback; and administering disciplinary actions. Maintains a talent inventory and promotes ongoing training to strengthen branch capabilities.• Strengthens client relationships by assessing financial needs and offering tailored product and service solutions to support branch revenue, profitability, and customer retention goals. Resolves escalated issues and follows up on customer satisfaction feedback.• Oversees branch operations by implementing best practices, controlling costs, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Tracks and reports branch metrics, prepares and manages annual budgets, and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).• Fosters a culture of collaboration and trust by modeling positive teamwork and respect among employees and customers. Aligns branch initiatives with NMC’s vision and core values to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.• Contributes to strategic planning by providing input for annual market reviews and business plans that promote machine sales, parts, service, and safety.• Identifies opportunities for improvement by recommending product and process enhancements that increase profitability and operational efficiency.• Performs additional duties as assigned to support branch and organizational success.
