I am a results-driven operations, management, and project leader with over 23-years experience in the U.S. Navy. I have worked in a variety of positions focused on operations, training, corrective maintenance, human-resources, and environmental compliance on multi-billion dollar naval nuclear power plant, steam plant, and oil related systems for aircraft carriers and submarines. In all instances, I create environments with increased productivity, reduced operating costs, lower turnaround times, and high employee moral. I consistently leverage a high level of critical thinking and communication skills which allowed both sailors and shipyard civilians to meet, but more often exceed stakeholder requirements while maintaining an active focus on subordinate personal and professional development.
