   I successfully completed the one-year District Manager training program in eight months. While I was in training, I learned how to run all aspects of a store. I successfully ran two stores while in training to demonstrate my management abilities. While running the stores I passed all my inspections and audits.I am currently responsible for managing all aspects of seventeen stores with annual sales of over one hundred million in sales in NH and MA. My key focus is to develop the store management teams to achieve performance metrics including development of talent, increasing average store sales through delivery of operations excellence. My principal responsibilities are to build and manage a team of high performing Convenience stores; to deliver the highest standards of operations execution; to lead change through successful implementation of company initiatives; and to achieve financial targets. I am achieving this by hiring, training and retaining the best management, as well as effective succession planning, and using effective analysis of the P&L, and loss prevention.
