Complex Projects Engineer @Johnson Controls

Leads assigned execution for complex equipment projects and ensures that assigned projects are executed profitably, accurately, on-time, within the scope of the contract and in alignment with customer expectations. Follows consistent and repeatable project management practices and follows the formal Johnson Controls equipment order execution process. Leads in the development and review of detailed engineering information and submittals to communicate design, configuration, operating and installation requirements to customers, consultants, Johnson Controls service and necessary subcontractors. Works with the sales team and Project Manager to maintain an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.
