Co-Founder of a specialist recycling business whom provide considerable volumes of plastic waste to processors and manufacturers around the world. The company has a national footprint with its team of regional purchasing managers who work closely with UK producers of waste plastic in all its forms and guises.Plastic Expert acts determinedly to reduce plastic volumes to landfill and incineration by intercepting the waste at source where possible. Waste polymers such as HDPE, PP, ABS, PET, PVC, PBT, LDPE & HIPS are the main polymers of processing capability.The business is NOT impervious to the various impacts on commodity prices as the waste products it supplies must compete against virgin polymer which is driven by crude oil barrel prices. However, we have seen a continued demand for product each year. The buyers of our stock both traded and produced by the company have been carefully selected. We sought out companies that have longstanding within the industry, capital, excellent order book for their product and stability. There are no guarantees that buyers will pay, however if I\'ve learnt anything from business so far it\'s to invest considerable time and energy in understanding our buyers, their market forces and to keep strong valuable communication lines open at director level. Plastic Expert has run a successful internship (paid) scheme for the last 3 years. I am a firm believer in a paid internship programme offering an equitable exchange to both parties. Plastic Expert also employs directly and indirectly home workers who may find leaving the house difficult for a range of reasons such as illness, care responsibilities, location etc etc.
