In January 2025, Ingeus were awarded the Work Well contract by Wigan Council and I was given responsibility for managing this new contract alongside my role as Integration Manager.• Sole responsibility for mobilising the contract, liaison with Wigan Council, developing reporting systems, recruiting, training and day to day line management of two Work & Health Coaches.• Provide fortnightly performance update to SLT including data gathered and analysed from CRM.
