As the Director of Acquisitions, I lead the entire acquisition process, from market research to transaction completion. My role involves conducting market research to identify investment opportunities and analyzing market data to assess potential investments. I source and evaluate acquisition opportunities, performing due diligence to ensure properties meet our standards. I create financial models to assess viability and returns, conduct risk assessments, and negotiate purchase agreements. Additionally, I coordinate the acquisition process, managing legal due diligence, financing, and closing procedures while liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
